What this covers
This notice covers chamomilelab.com and the pre-sale notification list. Tombi itself — the pendant and app — is governed by our Ethics and Privacy Charter, which makes the wearer the sole owner of their data. We will publish the full charter before Tombi ships.
What we collect on this site
- Email address, when you ask to be notified about the pre-sale, together with which option you picked (yourself, a relative, or people you care for) and the language you were reading in.
- Basic technical data that any web server receives (IP address, browser type, pages requested). We use Cloudflare to serve the site; Cloudflare's privacy-preserving analytics show us aggregate traffic and never a cookie or a profile of you.
How we use it
To send you one email when the pre-sale opens and occasional progress updates about Project Tombi. Nothing else. We do not sell, rent or share the list, and we do not use it for advertising on other platforms.
Where it lives
Your email is stored in a database on Cloudflare's infrastructure, controlled by Chamomile Lab. Only the Chamomile Lab team can read it.
Leaving the list
Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. You can also write to hello@chamomilelab.com and we will remove you within a few days and confirm.
Cookies
The site sets no tracking cookies. Your language choice (English or Korean) is remembered in your own browser only.
